@Fabbeh : OR are not responsible for fitting & positioning the router; that's for you. They fit the ONT modem box on the wall if it's Full Fibre & that's where their responsibility ends.

@Fabbeh Do you mean the ONT modem off OR, or the EE/BT router that you do not specify. Stop the job was your option right at the start...

@Mkondazi : The router positioning is up to you. Are you unhappy with the placement of the ONT modem on the inner wall by the OR eng?
