Terrible start - new customer

I m a new customer. Promised that my connectivity would be much better switching from BT. 
what a mistake I’ve made. Appt booked - no technician/engineer turned up 

got cut off so set up EE but it’s so bad we have no signal upstairs 

I already hate the stress -

@Hackedoff777 Surprised, the BT and the EE router both work on the service, depending on what you had then to what you have now, really only the phone would be the possible issue if being moved to DV for the landline, and that required you to have a EE Router upgrade.
