Absolutely terrible customer service from EE, recently had tv and broadband fitted, tv keeps cutting out, tried cancelling the service and they are trying to charge us over £500 to cancel as we are 7 days off the cooling off period

@misha12321 : You need to report your issue to EE & give them the chance to fix it before they even think about letting you go for free.

We did, was on the phone to them for over an hour last night and they couldn’t find the issue. Said they’ll need to send an engineer out and it won’t be til after Christmas!

Then you need to wait for the eng. to come & investigate. You haven't given them a chance. Just a phone call isn't an investigation.

@misha12321 Are you seven day's past the period is that what you are saying, or seven day's inside the period.
