When singing upto EE I was in contract for my land landline with another provider and had £126.00 charges . I believe when I signed upto EE I had a switching offer where EE covers upto £300 charges . Can someone tell me the procedure? Do I pay the fees then supply ee with the bill ? If so where do I send this to thanks !!

can you tell me the email address to send the final bill to as it is **** out in the solution

thanks

@PaulineMarple   you can find all the details you need to switch to EE including the link to get up to £300 back on this Help page https://ee.co.uk/broadband/switch

HTH

@PaulineMarple @Mustrum has sent you the linked info, and all that needs to be done to comply and once you have paid everything off up front, EE will fine toothcomb it for you as what you are getting back!

@PaulineMarple : It's switch-team@ee.co.uk  as stated in the link Switching Credit | Broadband Help | EE posted by @Neil-O  nearly 2 years ago.
