When singing upto EE I was in contract for my land landline with another provider and had £126.00 charges . I believe when I signed upto EE I had a switching offer where EE covers upto £300 charges . Can someone tell me the procedure? Do I pay the fees then supply ee with the bill ? If so where do I send this to thanks !!

@Username5025 If the switching is not done correctly i would say that it is highly unlikely, link does not explain, but if you do not get the invitation from EE at that time, would expect all bets are off. If you open the account then how can you be switching, would assume that you have no right to do so.

@Username5025 looking at the latest term the offer is by invitation only. So you would need to phone up and discuss this with the Broadband Care Team.
Once you've ordered and activated EE Broadband, email the final bill from your old supplier to switch-team@ee.co.uk, along with your EE order number.
For your claim to be successful, your final bill should clearly show the itemised leaving fees.
Once we’ve received your bill and validated the leaving fees, we'll apply this to your next EE bill. You’ll get an email to let you know if your claim has been successful.
If you choose to switch your broadband, calls and line rental from another UK consumer broadband provider to EE, you'll be able to claim up to £300 towards the early termination charges you may pay to your provider for ending your agreement early, credited to your EE account. The offer applies to Consumer Broadband, TV package and Home phone termination charges only, it excludes other termination charges. This offer is by invitation only to new EE Broadband customers signing up to any EE Broadband or EE Broadband and TV.
The amount of the termination charges will be credited to your EE account within 28 days of us receiving your bill with the early termination charges. Excludes call and any excess data charges on the final bill. You must email your bill to switch-team@ee.co.uk within a period of 4 months of your EE broadband being activated to be eligible to receive your account credit. Offer excludes BT Group employees. Offer excludes termination charges from BT Group (BT, EE and Plusnet) products. There is no cash alternative to this offer. Other exclusions and conditions may apply.
No credits will be applied in the first 14 days after your service starts. Customers who cancel their EE Broadband within 14 days of their service starting, or who do not provide their final bill within two months of their service being activated, will not be eligible for this offer.

Hi @Username5025
For the Switching Credit the name on the existing provider bill needs to match the name on the EE account to be eligible.

Hi. Have you got some small print link that mentions that?

@Username5025
Just an update to this one- I've reached out to the Switch team who have clarified only the address needs to match now for the claim to be successful.
Sorry for any confusion!
Thanks for your patience with this.

How do I start

@Kareen21 : EE will pay up to £300 of your Early Cancellation Fees upon sight of your previous ISP's bill showing them. You can claim this online @ Switch Broadband to EE and we'll pay your leaving fee. It will be applied as a credit to your EE bill.

@Gillyspurs : What is your query? If you wanna post an image you need to obscure any personal info, like names & a/c nos.
If you are after the Switching offer that bill from VM shows no Early Termination Fees.
