Switching from virgin to ee

Hi I'm switching my virgin media package to EE for full fibre broadband, TV & landline , engineer coming next week. 

I've been with virgin for 20 plus years so no longer have any BT landlines and have never had an open reach box . .

 

Will this be a problem for the engineer?

No, they will install everything that is needed.

Don't forget to cancel your VM BB yourself as they use a diff infrastructure. Best to do this once your EE BB is up & running.
