Switching from sky to EE broadband

Hi, ive switched to EE broadband that went live today and my sky broadband no longer works as expected. However, after plugging in the EE router im just getting a flashing orange light and can not connect to the internet. EE are sending an engineer tomorrow but anyone with a teenager knows thats a lifetime away. Has anyone experienced this and know of any fixes?

Many have & usually the absence of BB can only be fixed by OR.

If it is a neighbourhood issue, you could consult BT Service Status to see if any faults are being attended to in your local area.

@Lynsay49  Is your broadband working yet?

On switchover it can take up to midnight for the process to complete.
