Switching Over from Sky to EE - new hub not showing.

Hi,

I have recently switched over from Sky to EE broadband with my activation date being today. I woke up to emails stating my service was live and my Sky had stopped working through the night so switched over the hubs. Initially, when I also switched on my smart hybrid connect, the EE hub would appear and I could connect however I was only connected via the EE signal rather than the broadband so I switched the hybrid connect off.
My EE smart hub + is on, with the light being aqua and steady however when I try to connect devices it doesn’t appear - my old Sky information does. Is this because Sky haven’t actually turned off my services yet or is there a bigger issue?

Thanks.

@a-kyle When you set up the EE Smarthub+ part of the routine is if you took that option to retain and quickly set up the network, this transfers and changes the EE router to the sky ssid, and its password. You now need to note the values down on a piece of paper as you will need those to access the wi-fi wireless settings in the future, the information on the router from sky should you be sending that back to them. It quickly set's up and saves you having to restore all your devices....

If you ever have to or are asked to factory reset the EE router, then the information on the back of the router card is what is set back to as its default settings. Hope this makes sense.

This is the help for your hybrid.
