Switched to ee from BT

Help, how do I get my BT account back. 2 weeks of ee hell and I am still waiting for someone to switch it back.

i have had assistance from Scotland, Iteland, Lancashire plus others and I still cant seem to get and engineer out to me. I am 87 and unwell. 

please help.

@Night4 : I pretty sure there's no way back. BT is moving all residential custs to New EE BB. All you can do is cancel in the cooling-off period & move to some other ISP.

Hi @Night4 I'm sorry you have reason to complain, what issues are you experiencing with your new EE service? Is it faulty or not working as expected?

It is everything including on this email it says unable to deliver privately due to network settings, just 1 of many complaints I have.
