I have just switched over from BT to EE said i would get a EE hub 1 week later am still waiting. How long does it take?

@usintheuk have you spoken to customer services? It seems to depend which service you have gone for, but not all customers transfering get a new router, in most cases the BT router works fine and some even prefer it.

Hi @usintheuk Just to echo what @Mustrum has said, I'd recommend giving one of our guides a call so that they can take a look into your account and give you an update on your router.
