Hi All,
Just about to reach end of contract on BT and see offers to switch the plan to EE.
However when I go through the process, I can only get the 900mb package, but if I go on EE as a new customer I can select the 1.6gbs package.
any idea on how I can switch but go to the bigger package / speed?
