I had BT broadband BT TV and Landline. Package was coming to an end and was told only way to a deal on TNT sports was to switch to EE. Agreed to switch for Broadband, EE TV plus probox, and Landline. Stressed I needed Land line as currently having hospital treatment and landline is their contact number. Was told this would be actioned. Broadband TV box and Hub delivered and installed by EE. Land line plugged into EE hub not working. Return visit by EE engineer who said he would get EE to port landline and number from BT. Still do not have working Land line. Can anyone offer help solutio n to this. It was BTwho insisted I could only get a better package if I switched to EE. HELP PLEASE NEED A WORKING LANDLINE.

@RDW2 When did this all happen? porting the landline can be 24-48 hrs on the changeover before it works, and also relies on both BT and EE getting it done right!
