Hi there, I have had this box a little over a month now. It is the fibre smart hub box (black one) I have been away over the weekend so I’m unsure how long it has been inactive for, but I’ve restarted it, I’ve checked the 192 page it says it’s connected. It can’t be my devices I have 4 separate devices which are saying there isn’t a internet connection when connected to it. I’d really like this resolved asap, thanks (I’ve attached images if it makes it any better)

Good! It would appear the router has a full BB connection & onward to the wider Net. A steady Aqua light is consistent with this.
Make all devices Forget their connection to to the router. Then taking each 1 in turn reconnect to the router's SSID, supplying the router's WiFi pwd each time.

I did as you said and it still says no internet connection after putting in password

Do you have an Ethernetted device you can connect to the router?

it started working again at 10:30ish and now it’s gone off again
