Hi there, I have had this box a little over a month now. It is the fibre smart hub box (black one) I have been away over the weekend so I’m unsure how long it has been inactive for, but I’ve restarted it, I’ve checked the 192 page it says it’s connected. It can’t be my devices I have 4 separate devices which are saying there isn’t a internet connection when connected to it. I’d really like this resolved asap, thanks (I’ve attached images if it makes it any better)
