Staff feedback (compliment)

Good evening,

I would like to know how to provide some excellent feedback to one of you guides that helped with with a nightmare of a broadband/TV issue recently.

 

i think it's so important to feed this back as people are generally quick to complain when things go wrong but not so much when good things happen!

 

how can I do this?

Yeah definitely nice to share the good experiences, as most of the time it’s all negative. Fwiw, I had a bad experience on the phone this morning but on a second call, the guide helped me and was great. 

I thanked him for the help and said he’d restored my faith in BT call centres (not used to this as normally EE are outstanding for mobile, so my first experience with a BT one for FTTP was shocking). He thanked me and said he’s happy to hear that.

If you want it formally logging it’s worth calling back 150 if you have time, else maybe tag EE on X; but most importantly if you get text survey asking to rate 0-10, reply as this helps performance metrics. The second question is specifically about the service from the guide 👍🏻
