Today I became an EE customer and plugged in my smarthub. Apart from the fact that each device I use is differently fast and randomly has different speeds independently, I have found that every 30 sec or so there is a microdisconnect or lag that causes a ping over 1000 ms.

Ideas, solutions, experiences? I'll take anything, as I really can't explain this to the lady on the phone who can only say everything is fine.ping dd.png

Just want to say I am also experiencing this issue. Contacted EE and they have let me know they don't guarentee ping, definetly an issue on their end with software.
