Not getting the right speeds

Welcome to the community.

Please take a look at our Fix An EE Broadband Connection Problem help page. There are some troubleshooting steps on there to try. 

If you're still not getting the minimum speeds that were quoted when you took out your contract, I recommend speaking with our technical support team, so they can run through some tests with you to try and get to the bottom of it.

Let us know what happens please.

But are you testing via wifi or ethernet? If wifi the speed guarantee is not over wifi

What speeds are reported by running the speed test in the EE app? That will not only measure the raw BB connection speeds you are getting at the router as well as speeds to the device from which you are testing.
