Just recently upgraded to the new EE super internet.
my tv cannot connect to WiFi (shows as disabled) but is working on all other devices. The tv is also brand new, running android OS.
it was working but now it’s just stopped connecting - extremely frustrating.

Hi Badah, did you get sorted? Having the same issue here myself

The EE Super Hub will not connect due to the settings in the Hub. When the Sony Bravia tries to connect to the hub it gets confused with the 5Ghz option on the hub. The fix is:
Enter the hub via webpage. Type 192 168.1.254 this will display the hub on screen
Next click the wireless settings and TURN OFF 5Ghz leaving ONLY 2.4Ghz (you may need to enter the router password which is found on the WIfi card in the right hand side of the router)
Now save your changes.. The router will save the changes.
Need 5ghz? Suggest leaving default setting as is, but turn on Comp (compatibility) Wifi and remove the 5Ghz from that and use this to connect your Sony Bravia. You will have to set up your own password for the Comp Wifi.
You should find the TV now connects. Doctoremote

That TV should have no problem whatsoever connecting to the 5GHz network and the Android OS is definitely capable of it.
@Badah - when you say it was working, what has changed? Have you changed the hub you're using and if so what have you come from/to?
If you have swapped routers, then my money is on the TV not liking that the new hub has different characteristics to the previous one and this is confusing it because it 'thinks' it's the same network due to the name being carried across.
I suspect an easy fix would be to factory reset the EE hub and re-configure your devices to use the default EE Wi-Fi network name, rather than the BT one. Bit of a pain, but you could start with the TV and if it doesn't work then you know not to continue?
