Just recently upgraded to the new EE super internet.

my tv cannot connect to WiFi (shows as disabled) but is working on all other devices. The tv is also brand new, running android OS.

it was working but now it’s just stopped connecting - extremely frustrating.

Hi @Badah

Have you forgotten the network on your TV and tried again to connect. Have you entered the correct credentials.

Thanks

@Badah   which model Sony TV do you have, and how far away is the router?

With other devices working, but the TV showing disabled suggests the TV settings may need tweaking.

It’s a sonyxr55a84lu

it was working - I’ve got the mesh system active so there’s both the 2.4 and 5 network. It was working just stopped in the last two days

@Badah   not much to go on there.

It still sounds like a TV setting.

Are you able to use your phone as a Hotspot, and get the TV to connect to that.

Can the TV see the WiFi SSID's ? but not connect - what is happening when you try?

Is the SSID you highlighted meant to be that of your EE Smart Hub Plus? It's showing a BT SSID. EE's start with "EE-".
