I have had the same issue and been driving me nuts , today I have it all working again , I deleted my account and opened up another account with a different email address , I then set the system up again but to my annoyance couldn’t find my system , so all I did was deleted my two products and factory reset them (you can do this by searching how to factory reset my speakers on internet) then set up in the app again and all come back now I am connected ! I am sure all that was stopping it was the reset of each product ! Anyway it worked for me , give it a go and good luck
