SmartHub SH31B Router disconnects Wifi

I have changed from BT to EE 2weeks ago.

However the router disconnects from all devices. Test on the router suggest the router is working and recieveing.

To sort the problem we have to switch the router on then off for the devices to reconnect.

If we try to connect we get IP address fuaut or connected to WiFi with no Internet.

Hope someone can help

@Rubix1982 If it is all your wireless devices that are having issue's then it may be worth logging into the router on 192.168.1.254 and changing the AX performance mode to AC compatible as your first test to see if it helps. Also have a look to see if it is using wpa3 mode, wpa2 - personal may work better. After this you may have to look at channel selection incase auto channel selection is a possible problem. If all else fails and you still have the BT router, you can always put it back to see if the issue clears.

@Rubix1982 It seems all the BT - EE converts wish the same, just hold onto them little bit longer, The EE router is not bad, just taking sometime to get all the bugs worked out of it. Good luck hope one of those suggestions helps.
