I got my EE broadband 10 days ago. Everyday I have tried to set up the smart wifi on the EE home app and each time it is saying that it can’t connect to the network. I have followed all of the instructions on the app and the suggestions on what to try and nothing is working. What am I doing wrong? What can I do?

Which EE BB product do you have? You do have the white EE Smart router?
Have you followed Setting up Smart WiFi & failing that Fixing problems with Smart WiFi ?

& does it have a model name on the label on the back?

Whilst there is much people on the forum can do to help, we rely on the detail in the answers to the questions asked. That in turn requires a degree of technical ability, although we do hope to help provide that information, from people with issues.

Hi, sorry yes the hub is the black EE smart hub but I can’t see a model number but it’s the new one.

Also have tried the fix listed on other threads for iPhone without success.
