I got my EE broadband 10 days ago. Everyday I have tried to set up the smart wifi on the EE home app and each time it is saying that it can’t connect to the network. I have followed all of the instructions on the app and the suggestions on what to try and nothing is working. What am I doing wrong? What can I do?

Hi, its not my boardband its the EE Home app thats the problem as on the orignal thread above. Every time I try to connect it comes up with an error saying its not possible to connect to the network despite the fact my network is working fine. It seems its at a conflict with the app.

Then don't use the app. It's not essential. Do it manually. Have you followed Setting up Smart WiFi & failing that Fixing problems with Smart WiFi ?
What fixes listed on other threads for iPhone have you tried? Is that to do with the app?
