Cancelled but still getting emails about equipment and engineers visits.

The manager in my local branch cancelled my upgrade to full fibre broadband. I am still getting emails about equipment being delivered and engineers visits. I have cancelled the direct debit they set up.

@janhuntington68 : I should call CS to check that your upgrade to your BB has been cancelled. I wouldn't trust an essentially mobile phone store to know anything about BB & its processes. OTOH maybe the msg hasn't yet got thro' to OR.

By cancelling the DD you have put yourself at risk of debt collectors calling & of marring your credit history while still owing EE money. Cancelling DD is no way of cancelling a contract.
