@Majtepper : When it hangs keep refreshing the browser.

If I hit refresh it just takes me back to the Hub Dashboard. Where I have to enter admin password again to do anything.
Does same in Google and Edge(windows PC). All I can think of is its something to do with Macfee or EE security but I can get Through to the Dashboard Screen. Tried in Safari on Iphone and cant even get to Dashboard after getting "Secure Connection Required" Switch to HTTPS message.

@Majtepper Is it the same when you do http://192.168.1.254/ direct on the Edge browser, have you ever changed or set the ssid password or the unit admin password from that which is displayed on the pull out label. I changed All before i set the EE Smarthub+ into operation, different ssid, different wifi password and a different admin password, so all three did not match anything on the label!

Welcome to the Community, @Fisherman75.
What exactly is happening when you try to visit the Hub Manager, and have you tried to use a different browser?
It's worth checking to make sure you don't have any VPNs active, too.

I can see the hub manager but when I enter admin password the page just hangs with the spinning green circles. I have managed to connect once today. It’s a new smart hub 7 plus that was activated this morning. Tried 2 devices on different browsers. No VPN.

@Fisherman75 Wireless or wired Ethernet connection to the hub?

Safari struggles but chrome works fine. You still get the security message but after you accept the risk all works fine.

Hi, yeah that was what happens to me. never got past spinning circles in any browser, seems to be security related. When i had bt I could go into settings and do some maintenance on the copious amounts of old and unkown devices. I have lots of children in care coming thought our household so have to be ultra viglilant on what devices are accessing our network. When you use the EE app everything takes for ever even if you get past the Error messages. Every time you delete a device it refreshes all devices and takes you back to the top of the list 😞 The BT website allowed you to list all devices in an easy to view list and delete the ones that were not required. Was hoping the ee website allowed the same due to their close relationship with BT, Got to be the worst APP in history for such a big company. Must admit not used it for some time as it was so painfull. And dont get me started on the rubbish guest network functionality which was the reason why i swapped from BT. did a check tonight on 192.168.1.254, got to enter admin password then same old spinng circle.

@Fisherman75 & @Majtepper
Are you able to try resetting your router?
You can find steps on how to do this at Manage your EE Hub.
It will mean you may need to re-add some devices again. If you have digital voice line, be sure to backup your contacts first if you can.
