Hi All, I'm here in desperation. 4 days ago I had ultra fibre 150 installed. Installation went OK, installer left without testing. When I run a speed test via my Samsung S24+ I was getting 0.40 download and 0.3 upload. I called the help desk who said its a router issue. Sent a second router, exactly the same issue. Called the helpline again, they run through how to change settings in my old EE legacy router. Achieve 149Mbps on that. Plug in new router and back to less than 1 maps with either of the new smart hub plus. An engineer has visited today, he can't resolve. He called EE/BT who run tests remotely. Couldn't get any results on new routers, but test shows all OK with old router. I've just received an email from EE that they are sending me another new router! Has anyone had similar issues? If so what was the resolution to the issue? Heard someone say that the smart hub plus are poor quality and have issues with power supply and this can cause the issue and the fix is to use a smart hub pro? EE/BT are calling me on Monday while they investigate further and run tests over the weekend. Does anyone have any ideas what the issue could be?
