Got new smart hub plus ready to transfer from existing EE broadband to a new contract tomorrow. Trying to set it up ready but on plugging in and switching power on there are no lights at all. Does this mean the hub is faulty or does it not light up until the new broadband is delivered?

@Charlihedge The hub should show lights, have you pressed the power button on the back?
