Hi - I have a new plan starting on Tuesday 6th (anytime up to 23.59). I haven't plugged in the new box yet as I'm concerned about loss of internet. I'm already with EE but renewed and upgraded plan. My daughter has to submit some important work tomorrow 5th so would I lose the broadband if I plugged in the new set box?

@chrissygee there should be no loss of service.
Which box do you mean?
