Smart WiFi pro

Afternoon all, I was wondering if anyone else was suffering with the same issues and and fixes?

We moved house a couple of months ago and upgraded to the smart hub pro, and got a smart WiFi pro a couple of weeks later, as the signal was poor in the office. I struggled for hours to get it to connect, every time I thought it was connected and moved it into place I would have to start all over again. I struggled on and managed to get it to connect, but have had to restart the main hub daily due to it dropping and flashing aqua! I phoned ee yesterday and they sent me a replacement booster and 2x additional ones to support it as everything was, strangely, trying to connect to the booster upstairs.

The first one I've tried to connect is still flashing dark blue and aqua after setting it up, but it is (Intermittently) showing up in the app and has allowed me to rename it! Is this normal, should it not be just aqua and not flashing?

I never had issues with the older hub, and didn't have a choice in upgrading since moving house, just find the whole thing frustrating! Connecting hardware shouldn't be this difficult!

@siw04 The preferred way for setting them up is by Ethernet connecting, leaving them that way for 24Hours before moving to position, and yes it should not be that hard to get done!
