Smart WiFi plus device intermittently flashing aqua

My smart WiFi Plus device (booster/extender thing) will stay static aqua for a few minutes then flash aqua for a few seconds before returning to static aqua. Any idea what this means and what I can do to resolve?

@Libby2005 Sequence is not documented for that, you may have to ask the advice of EE CS Technical, if you find an answer let the forum know. Link details below.

I have exactly same issue - and EE response was to send a replacement Wifi  Plus Booster which behaves in a similar manner. My Router is connected directly to Fibre on a 500mbps package and is located some 5 metres away via 2 partition walls. The TV connected wirelessly to the Wifi extender  displays circa 80 > 230 mbps. Connecting the TV via ethernet provides similar results  so I conclude it is NOT the TV <> Wifi Extender contributing to the problem. The fact that 2 x Wifi Plus units are exhibiting the same characteristics leaves me puzzled. I am waiting a call from EE Technical Team tomorrow 9th December to discuss.

I have the same issue as reported here and have found no updates as to what a flashing aqua light means (model SW30A). the main hub is solid aqua and internet is stable. I have an 8 port switch plugged into the ethernet port at the back and all the services using it are working ok (Hue, Hive, Sonos etc) so its not impacting them.

If anyone gets an answer to this, please post here.

follow up to post by High Pressure of 21/1/25 - the EE Technical. Team did NOT call as advised - however situation resolved itself within 24 hours and has been stable ever since as of 21/1/25. Can only countenance patience
