Smart WiFi not connecting orange flashlight

Hi @K338 I'm sorry about that, please can you try resetting the Smart wifi and reconnect it to your Hub via ethernet?

 

  1. Move the Smart WiFi Device next to your Hub
  2. Connect the power lead and switch the Smart WiFi Device on
  3. Carry out a factory reset of the Smart WiFi Device by pressing a pin into the small hole, holding down the button for 12 seconds
  4. Wait 2 minutes for the factory reset to complete
  5. Reboot the Hub by turning it off for 30 seconds then switching it back on
  6. Connect the Smart WiFi Device to the Hub (try to avoid connecting it to port 4) using the supplied Ethernet cable
  7. Wait 2-3 mins for the Smart WiFi Device light and Hub light to start up and connect
