Hi @K338 I'm sorry about that, please can you try resetting the Smart wifi and reconnect it to your Hub via ethernet?
- Move the Smart WiFi Device next to your Hub
- Connect the power lead and switch the Smart WiFi Device on
- Carry out a factory reset of the Smart WiFi Device by pressing a pin into the small hole, holding down the button for 12 seconds
- Wait 2 minutes for the factory reset to complete
- Reboot the Hub by turning it off for 30 seconds then switching it back on
- Connect the Smart WiFi Device to the Hub (try to avoid connecting it to port 4) using the supplied Ethernet cable
- Wait 2-3 mins for the Smart WiFi Device light and Hub light to start up and connect
