Smart Hub 7 plus WiFi disconnect continuously

Does anyone experience all devices ( both 2.4G and 5G) dropping off WiFi irrespective of proximity to  Smart Hub 7 plus. Already tried to 1) factory restart; 2) rescanned both smart channels; 3) switch to WPA3-Personal-Transition but still no luck.

Restarting the Smart hub appears to resolve the issue but that only survives for few days and needs to restart it again.

Product code: SH35A

Firmware version: r4.27.1-R-1862254-PROD-84001

@KKFHK You are the 2nd posting this evening regarding 7+ versions with wifi type issues, your FW is up to date as per your posting although a new one is currently pinned for fresh update.

Your device makes the decision and what connection/channel/securities and although proximity to the Hub can have an effect what else is going on, the WPA3-Personal-Transition you have selected what was it before, also device wise what does it say on that for the wireless securities level it/they have connected at?

After the restart you say a couple off day's before it all start's to drift off again, so is it all or just specific devices that appear to have issues and some are ok?

Try the comp network and attach one device to that dropping back to WPA2-Personal setting, see if that works better and you may have to enable the 5Ghz band if looking for speed device wise on the comp network.

Connect your devices using Compatible WiFi | Broadband Help | EE

Send the text HELP to 66033 and have EE check what is going on with your connection, DO IT when not working well, they would have a better chance if the EE Hub is the issue when they test it.

Hi, I am just with EE 2 weeks, the default WPA setting was WPA3-PERSONAL.

Everytime when problem happened, just all devices disconnected the WiFi router, even the WiFi pot is still able to scan and see from the list, but it doesn’t allow to connect it.

@KKFHK As you have dropped back from a PURE WPA3 operation, best to forget the connection and remove it device wise, reboot the EE Hub and the device so they start up correctly, then redo the connection for wireless operation.

I had try to factory reset and used the factory configuration but still no luck

@KKFHK Say what and who your connection was before since you are just new to EE, Looking like your devices are just not stable on the EE Smart Hub 7+ device that is a wifi7 operation when WPA3-Personal is/was in use, only WPA3 devices connect that way.

Was Vodafone without any connection issues

As a general user, should I technically enough to understand, test and fix the everything by us? lol

@KKFHK When on VF using the Power hub or the Ultra hub connection? One is a wifi6 the other wifi7? I am a VF connected user and the Power hub is just not in use as it's a very poor device for connection.

I am not sure
