I am on the Made for Gamers Bundle which should be at 1.6gb, It has been working fine mostly until today when it seemed very slow
I checked the broadband stats in the router and it is showing the WAN link is 100mbs not the usual 1600.
Any suggestions on this or is it a call to customer support

@Verk have you done the classic reboot of the router and/or ONT?
Or tried a new WAN cable Cat5E or better? Might even just need s re-seat.

The cable is Cat7 but a reseat seems to have fixed it
Seems it may have come a little loose at the ONT where somehow it was making enough contact to still transmit a bit but not a full speed
Odd one but its working now

Glad to hear it is fixed. It does not take much if one or two of the pins are not making good contact.
