My partner has sky Internet and would like ee as he has seen how mine works well but no fiber in his area and says when I look up his address that non is coming to his area. He has been told he can use an ee box with a sim card can someone clarify please, also how it would work and would he need to keep the sky box ect Thank you

@Wantmebed : What does BT Wholesale Broadband Availability Checker estimate for his phone number? Post just the whole table and the line above it, blanking out your phone number. If it doesn't recognise his phone number or he doesn't have one, use the Address Checker.

When I did check on his address got this. He doesn't have a landline just a mobile and sky broadband

He doesn't have a landline phone number and am not at his ad have o idea what the other 2 boxes are asking for.

From the 3-bar Menu at top select "Address Checker".

He was told plugging an ee box (with sim) into his sky box would give him getter reception as his sky keeps buffering and at the moment where he lives he can only get sky.

That stuff you see is for me to see & advice accordingly.
You don't plug mobile routers, those with SIMs, into Sky Home BB routers. They are to be used separately & independently.
