Hi
I have recently taken on Sky Streaming and they have sent me a PUK device.
My broadband is with EE and i'm currently on Full Fibre 150.
When I attempt to watch any of the channels, the load for a few seconds and then freeze and the device becomes unuseable.
I have contacted Sky directly and they saying that I need a speed booster etc etc. Is there anything that can be done on EE's which enable to me use my Sky Streaming PUK as normal?
Regards
Zak

@zakahmed555 First try an Ethernet connection sky PUK to the EE hub if possible, sky streaming devices are fraught with issues, sky Forum is the place to be looking also,

@zakahmed555 If the Ethernet connection is not working after you went through the sky Procedure to drop the WiFi connection and use the Wired instead, then it's one off the two conditions.
1. The EE Hub is blocking the use off sky on the Network.
2. The PUK from sky is just faulty and they need to supply a replacement for you.
When you speak to sky let them know that the operation is the same for both wired or wifi connected.

If it’s option 1) who do I contact to correct this?

Ok thanks @JimM11
If it’s:
1. The EE Hub is blocking the use off sky on the Network.
do you kno who I can contact to correct this?
also just to clarify. I have the BT hub and not a EE hub.
does that matter?

thank you @JimM11 and all who’ve have responded to this
I contacted Sky and they’ve acknowledged that the Puck device was faulty.
they’ve not sent me out a new one and after setting up the Paul device, it now works seamlessly over wi-fi
