Sky Go app not working

I am unable to open Sky Go app on my MacBook Pro but works fine on the iPhone? called sky and they suggested it was a filter on my Broadband account? anyone know a solution.. cheers

@Cappsfamily  And does the app work fine when using it over the same router connection that includes WiFi access if your are using a Ethernet connection for the MacBook.   If it does then it’s not EE BB that has an issue as it’s working for the app via the same router.
