Hello
Our internet went down at about 4.30pm on a Friday afternoon a couple of weeks ago and wasn't restored until about lunchtime on the Monday. Based on what I've heard, between a third and a half of our town was affected. I understand the problem was related to the BT supply (I know that EE customers and Sky customers were affected but Virgin ones weren't, for instance). Are we entitled to compensation, please?
Thanks.

No, it was only down less than 2 working days. When did you report it? See Automatic compensation :
compensation will be due if you experience a total loss of service which isn’t fixed by 11.59pm on the second working day after the fault is reported
