Voucher codes order number

Voucher codes won’t release the Amazon voucher I should be getting 3 months after joining EE broadband. They are asking for an order number beginning DK I can’t find this on any emails I have can anyone help?

I’ve tried track an order but is was 3 or 4 months ago so no longer shows up
