Have you tried turning on compatible WIFI ?, its handy sometimes for certain hardware , the EE smart Hub 7 is very good thing is it has Dual Band WIFI 7 tech (2.4Ghz & 5Ghz), sometimes as its in a "Mixed" mode some equipment just gets confused & cant either see the connection or actually connect to it , i now have the Pro but until recently had the Plus & i have all sorts of things on WIFI really old stuff (Nvidia Shield 2017) , right up to the recent Samsung rage of phones X2 also two TV's fairly new 2 years & a laptop that had windows Vista when it came out !! (2007 lol) , some are 2.4ghz (laptop) others 5Ghz its a mixed bag here but they were all on that plus hub with no issues , i never had to go there myself but give compatible WIFI a try & switch off 5 ghz everywhere so all thats there is a 2.4Ghz signal.
My Samsung smart tv won’t connect to my ee wifi smart router, the wifi works fine on the phone, when I try to connect it to the wifi the tv can’t find a network, I have tried to do it manually and that won’t work,I have also reset the tv network settings and also there is no WPS button on the router so I can’t connect to it with that either, can anyone help?
