Hi all.
My router just stopped working. It won't turn on. I'm currently using my mobile data. Has anyone else experienced this? What's the process for EE fixing it/ providing a new router? I've searched their website, but haven't found the clearest directions.

@PGT2 The quickest way would be to give them a call in the morning when lines open again.

@PGT2 You need to call customer support about this so a new one can be posted out to you and a returns package for the now no functional one to be posted back.
