Router is stuck on green light

Hi, looking for abit of help my internet has stopped working and my EE router is stuck with a green light and flashes once ever 20 secs I have phoned EE and they have told me it's the power cable which I can't understand if the router is lite up I have tried turning off and on and tried the rest button but no change.

Just wondering if there is anything else I can try

@Neillee88 : The Power Supply of the SH+, which you have, is quite suspect anyway & EE are sending out replacements for it. It's delivering a below par power, so the router's lights still show or flicker. - See EE Sending out Replacement Power Supplies for its Smart Hub Plus's.

Hello, we are having the same problem with the same box.

It looks like there was a power cut last night.  The wall socket is still working, but the internet is down and the router is showing steady green light.

I have switched off and on, then left off for several minutes, then pressed the reset for 2 minutes, but no change.  Can you help? 

If there is an issue with the router, should we contact EE for a replacement?

@BatoutofHell Yes, you would be better to contact EE CS to let them know that fact, they can also check from there end.

Thanks for your help I'm still waiting on EE to send me out a new power supply cable hopefully this will be the problem. I will update once the new cable arrives to confirm the fix

Hi, I can confirm the power lead was at fault got the new 1 today plugged it in and now all working fine thanks for the help 👍
