Are EE still working on the fix RE smart devices dropping off line?

We have done all the resets and router settings (compatible, channel 6 etc), however over the last few days, just when we thought it was sorted, everything is off line again.

Very annoying, we are paying a lot of money for broadband & we shouldn’t be having to log into a router hub checking/changing settings.

Which model of EE Hub are you using at the moment?

@SR2026 Ideally yes there should be no need to do the checks, you say RE is this a third party device you have connected to the system? FW is rolling out again as confirmed in another post so you are aware. Not able to look back as nothing is posted against your ID, so not sure if you are Pro or Plus affected Hub?

@SR2026 No problems. your hub is updating now so worth a look see were it's at version wise. From and too below.
