Returning equipment

Hi

im getting pestered to return equipment I never even had. EE sent equipment despite me not having a contract. The contract never started as it was cancelled by both parties over a problem with digital voice. I told the postman I was not accepting the equipment and he kindly said it was no problem and he would just return it as” not accepted by householder”. 
tried speaking to someone but a waste of time, so glad I moved to Sky.

We never started but they sent equipment anyway.  I refused to accept the equipment and the postie kindly said they would return the parcels. Tried speaking to them but a waste of time, sent emails so will see what happens. I no longer have a contract with BT or EE.
