Returning bt equipment

I have changed over from Bt to EE and need to send back my tv box and hub to them but have o information how to do this, could any members help with this please

They’ve sent you a plastic bag and a label for Royal Mail, yes?

Parcel it up, stick the label on the bag, take it to your local Post Office, get the chitty with a tracking number on it, and KEEP THE CHITTY AND PUT THE TRACKING NO IN THE RM APP so you can see it got there (somewhere in Scotland IIRC).

Its not unknown for them to claim they never got it, so proof via the app is handy.

Thanks for your help I phoned the number gave me which I knew but I was not sure what number to press so thanks for that which will be useful in the future
