Returning broadband kit

DMS5
Visitor

Does anyone have the QR code or address to return the broadband kit. I keep requesting it from EE but do not provide it. They are now going to charge £85 for not returning it yet still no QR provided. Any help would be appreciated.

@DMS5  have you checked your spam folder?  The QR code will be unique to you and  you cannot use somebody else’s QR code.   You can not just return the items as EE will not know who it is from.   There will be codes on the address so they know it’s from you.

If it's listed in following link then follow https://ee.co.uk/help/orders/return-and-recycle-ee-product . If you have not received a return bag you may call 0330 123 1105 for 1.

When posting it, keep the proof of postage as evidence in case EE deny receiving it & make a note of its serial no.
