Problem with access to website

Hi

Need to access a website that we've always been able to access. But EE buffers...never had this problem before with Sky. We need to be able to access it as our daughter plays college ice hockey and we want to watch her games live. We've watched the games previously before Christmas, so not quite sure what has changed?
I can watch on my phone, when the wifi is turned off. Switch the wifi on and cannot watch it. Is there a way to resolve this problem? TIA

Does the issue just affect this one website, or are other websites that you try to access affected too?

Hi

It's all the college websites. Was working for her last game in Dec, then just stopped allowing us to access the site. They rebooted our system this morning and now we can access it... for how long though I'm not sure.
