Returning Kit

Hi There, I have already returned all the kit I have received which is not in use. I only have one hub and its the one plugged in but not sure if you are sending another with the speed upgrade install that BT are currently in the process of doing? I believe there was for some unknown reason some duplicate kit sent to my old address AFTER I moved that was sent back as wasn't needed from the current occupier but everything sent to the new address is in use or has been returned already. Thanks.

Are you being asked to return kit you've already returned? If so, you would need to call CS to explain. It would be wise to have any proof-of-posting handy.

EE don't send out replacement routers for updates. The are auto d/loaded over BB overnight usually.
