Returned equipment charges

I'm being charged for a BT router that I sent back, using the supplied label, bag and the box from my new router, months ago.

I'm usually pretty easy-going, but am tempted to be bloody-minded in this case and ditch EE at the first opportunity.  I don't want to stay with an outfit who starts off on the wrong foot particularly when they are far from the cheapest. I would happily return the 4G router rather than hand over fifty quid - it doesn't work well here - and the Wifi extender - it is completely unnecessary.

Some means of contact other than phoning up would be useful for a start - I have had very few positive experiences with call-centres.

@EasilyPleased Just call EE CS with the postage receipt tracking information and let them go find out what/where it is all at.

There's the rub! The p of p is long gone. If there were some portal to put the tracking number in on the first threatening email, it would have been done!

@EasilyPleased Mexican standoff then between you and EE, either call them and see, or stand your ground firm but guard your bank account.
