Hi I have not received our bag to return our old device. Please can you arrange one to be sent out please .

We cannot do that from here, this is a public forum and we have no account access and do not know who you are. You will have to ring customer service about this, you also have not said what you want to return.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
