Just use the BT/EE one & make sure you keep your proof of postage.

@Roxy70 DO NOT worry, if you don't get the new bag by Monday, just use the BT/EE returns one, fact that you are returning a EE Smarthub+ router, and HERE is the best advice i can give you, take a mobile pic if you can box and bag together showing what you are sending back, WHEN you get the post side done if you are taking or getting the postie to collect, GET a receipt for the posting, THAT is your proof that you have done it, keep it safe and if you have the ability on that receipt especially from the post office then there is a TRACKING number, you can track it all the way back delivered to EE/BT address on the bag and you will KNOW for sure that they have got it take a note off the date that it is sent and returned to them.

When EE come back to you if they do, then give them the tracking number and it is now THERE issue to find/locate/ and scrub it off your account and stop them getting the £85 that they insist upon.
